Since it was first introduced in 2002, The 55″ Bear Cheyenne has impressed and inspired traditional archers with its swept back style limbs and half-moon style grip reminiscent of Fred Bear’s favorite bows of the early 60s. Bear Archery has updated the Cheyenne with a new blend of quality woods, but still featuring the classic design and exceptional performance bowhunters and target shooters have come to expect.
The Cheyenne was a collaboration between father and son – Grant Neil Byce II, Fred Bear’s retired master bowyer, and Grant Neil Byce III, Bear Archery’s current Operations Manager.
