Hoyt XAKT Recurve Bow

Hoyt Archery’s famous Grand Prix ILF limb fitting system is designed for winning performance. The XAKT Recurve Bow delivers on that promise with exceptional speed, accuracy, and forgiveness.

The innovative pivot lock limb adjustment allows for lateral limb adjustments while the bow is fully strung, then locks down for solid dependability. The stainless steel tiller boots and tiller bolt locking screws ensure stability, consistency, and balance.

Earl Hoyt is the innovator of the widely used ILF system, and his special brand of archery geometry is still utilized today. The XAKT recurve bow is no exception, with dynamic flex control to ensure the limb pockets flex in tandem, allowing for consistent arrow flight.

Riser: A 25″ solid metal riser, featuring three stabilizer bushings, as well as dual plunger bushings, and a removable clicker bar set-up. The ILF limb pockets allow you to pair your XAKT riser with any ILF compatible limbs. Features a flat,cut-past-center arrow shelf and Hoyt Pro Series high grip. Comes with a plastic elevated rest (not installed), with 1/8″ and 1/16″ thick padded adhesive backings to bring your elevated rest closer to center. Also comes with a removable clicker bar (not installed), installation hardware, and Allen wrenches for tuning the limb connection.

Limbs: Hoyt XAKT recurve limbs are smooth, fast, and accurate. Features a dual maple core with carbon, surrounded by fiberglass. Available in short (66″ bow), medium (68″ bow), and long (70″ bow) in pull weights of 20# to 38# in 2# increments.

String: Made from 20 strands of quality 652 string material. The loops are served to give you lasting performance. There is also a .014 Halo center serving for abrasion resistance.

Includes a free Hoyt keychain, Hoyt decal, and nylon riser sleeve and two nylon limbs sleeves with padded interiors and Velcro® closures.

Available in right and left hand. Offered in a variety of colors in a powder coat finish. Sold in lengths of short (66″ bow), medium (68″ bow), and long (70″ bow) in draw weights of 20# to 38# in 2# increments. See dropdown menus for options.

ILF stands for International Limb Fitting. The ILF system has been widely used since its development in the mid-1980s because of its capacity for fine-tuning, as well as its adaptability. You can swap out different pull weights, lengths, and styles of limbs on the riser quickly and easily due to the no-tools assembly. You can even mix and match sets of limbs and risers from different manufacturers, as long as they are ILF compatible.
